Except as otherwise provided for herein, there are no refunds of any fees or other amounts paid by you or your company in connection with the services. No Refunds. Except as expressly provided herein, all payments under this Agreement will be irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable. Payments referred to herein shall not be refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to the termination of this Agreement for whatever reason.
